The tuition fee for admission to the entire level of education is 1300 AZN. However, according to the decision of the university administration, tuition fees may vary from year to year.

Living and Accommodation Costs
The average cost of living in Ganja could range from 400 to 450 AZN per month including accommodation, groceries, utilities and other expenses (transportation, social activities, etc.).
• Hotel cost: 50-140 AZN
• Transport costs: Taxi 2-5 AZN
• Bus: 0.50 AZN (inner city)
· Baku- Ganja: 14 AZN by bus,15 AZN by train
• Food cost in restaurants and cafes: Lunch 5-10 AZN near university
ATU provides international students with an opportunity to stay in University dormitory.
Health Insurance
Azerbaijan Technological University will send Invitation Letter to successful applicants which they will take to the Embassy to apply for visa to Azerbaijan. It is mandatory for all students coming to Azerbaijan for a period longer than three months to obtain a student visa in the country of residence before travelling to Azerbaijan. Please check with the Azerbaijan Embassy for a full list of required documents.
International students should obtain a student visa valid for 3 (three) months before their arrival. A month before the expiration of your visa you will apply for a residence permit which will enable you to live in the country for a year. The Office of International Cooperation will assist you in receiving the residence permit (“migration card”).

Azerbaijan Technological University is the only University in the region to offer Foundation courses for international students. The deadline for admission to the Foundation courses is September 30th and March 31st, and the tuition fee is 1000 AZN. However, the tuition fee is subject to changes in accordance with the decision of the University authority.
Prospective international students who wish to study at ATU have to firstly apply via registering on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform and upload the necessary documents to the system. If you have any questions regarding the application, you can contact the University's International Cooperation Office (international@atu.edu.az). The Foundation courses organized by the University provides regular language courses and subjects complying with their specialization. Applicants who have completed Foundation courses successfully will receive an official Certificate recognized by Ministry of Science and Education which enables them to apply for a degree to study throughout Azerbaijan.
